The Local Rental Owners Collaborative (LROC), is a first-of-its-kind pilot program that supports local rental owners in South Los Angeles, especially communities most impacted by COVID-19, with a package of benefits including rental relief grants, property management solutions, and maintenance best practices. LROC services are administered by CRCD Partners, LLC.

Our goal is to help you navigate the pandemic and the instabilities it’s caused while building a strong network of support services that can help add value and/or reduce costs and increase profitability. .

LROC benefits existing residents and small rental property owners alike by providing:

Temporary rental relief subsidies

Connections to local, state, and federal relief programs

Financial consulting

Access to resources that can help add value and/or reduce costs and increase profitability over time so that assets are maintained for years to come

Technology that allows rental owners to operate more efficiently and for renters to have a way to pay rent online while building their credit scores
