In 2007 CRCD began collaborating with partners to develop affordable and permanent supportive housing with on-site support services for transition-age youth, families, Veterans experiencing homeless, and other low-income residents.
We currently own and operate 14 developments that represent a combined investment of over $160 million in South LA housing and real estate, including 464 units of affordable and permanent supportive housing and another $665 million in development, a commercial space for our social enterprise, and a drop-in center for homeless youth, Ruth’s Place.

Our Why
CRCD Partners, LLC takes a neighborhood-based community development approach grounded in housing, education, and jobs, leveraging CRCD's full suite of education, jobs, and business programs. We operate affordable and permanent supportive housing, many with ground floor commercial spaces for both retail and community serving tenants. We are expanding our work to include workforce housing, student housing, and homeownership and to provide development services on both a contractual and partnership basis.
